Ka'anapali Royal is located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali
Golf Course, in the center of the Kaanapali Resort. Just
a 5-10 minute walk to the beach... saves you 50% over oceanfront. Our top
floor condo has an excellent ocean view. It is a short stroll to
Whalers Village and the world famous Kaanapali Beach, voted the
third best beach in the world by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. Whaler’s
Village offers a variety of stores and great restaurants. Black
Rock which is located on Kaanapali Beach offers excellent snorkeling.
It is only a short drive to historical Lahaina for gourmet and casual
dining and shopping.
Our spacious condo has over 1800 square feet of living space that
includes 1467 square feet with air conditioning plus a wonderful
lanai overlooking the pool with a great ocean view. The spacious
Master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, with vaulted ceilings,
ocean and golf course views, king bed and cable TV. Downstairs are
the living areas including the guest bedroom with attached bathroom,
queen bed, and private lanai. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room. We also have a futon in the master bedroom.

The complex has low-rise buildings and is very relaxing with lots of
open green space and tropical gardens. There are two tennis courts,
a large pool, and jacuzzi. There is gated secure parking just
outside the unit.

Central Air Conditioning, High speed internet access included,
Phone, TV, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Stereo/CD, BBQ.
Player, Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils &
Linens provided, Full-size Washer & Dryer, jacuzzi (shared), Pool
(shared). A short walk to the Beach & across from Whalers Village!
