home is situated on a beautifully decorated premium conservation lot
with a South facing private pool and hot spa with extended pool deck
for your pleasure sunbathing and relaxing.
There are 2 master suites. One king-size bed master suite with 27"
cable TV, DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player, its own private en-suite bathroom
and sliding door direct to the pool! The Other junior master suite
with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom (utility room converted to a
bathroom),25" TV and VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2
twin-size beds, 19" cable TV and VCR, and they share a bathroom.
Our Family room has BIG Screen 45" TV, DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player,
Playstation 2, WI-FI Wireless Internet (with your laptop or computer), and
queen sleeper sofa. Our living room has a sofa and 2 swivel rockers
chairs. The dining room has table and chairs seating 6 and the nook
area has table & 4 chairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all
major appliances, such as microwave oven, full-size refrigerator,
dishwasher, four slice toaster, blender, electric can opener, cooking
utensils, pots and pans, dishes and utensils etc. All bed and bath
linens are provided. There is a full-size washer, dryer and vacuum
cleaner. Also, an iron, ironing board and two hairdryers have been
provided.
Our South-facing private pool and hot spa is on an extended deck
facing ideal Conservation View for privacy. On our extended pool
deck, there is a 4-chair patio set with umbrella shade!
Our friendly and professional management company is ON-SITE at the Terra Verde
Resort Clubhouse and they are available 24 hours of the day for any emergencies
or problems(1800 Toll-free #).
