A functional and modern house built in 2004, with three 2-bedroom
apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment, all of them air-conditioned.

Each 2-bedroom apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a combined
living and dining room with a bedsofa for 2 people, a comfortable
bathroom - some with tub and some with shower, a kitchen and a terrace
or a balcony.

The 1-bedroom apartment is as big as the others: the only difference
consists in having only 1 double bedroom, which makes the combined
living and dining room - still with a similar bedsofa for 2 people -
much larger and comfortable of course.

Bookings valid after bank-to-bank payment of a guarantee-cheque of 1/3
of the total cost + 6 EUR bank fee.

Payment due of 2/3 of the total cost + 6 EUR bank fee at latest 15
days prior to booked date.
All the necessary banking information will be given after written
confirmation of interest by e-mail.
