This spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is well equipped to make your
vacation fun and easy. It has plenty of privacy with a large deck
and patio to accommodate all your outdoor activities. Excellent
location - close to Boyne City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix for
shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation. With Young State
Park only 200 feet away, you can enjoy all that the park has to
offer....beautiful sandy beach, nature trails, boat ramp/mooring,
children's playground, cross country ski trails, fishing pond, and
more.
This home has an upstairs suite with a queen bed, full size futon, queen sleeper sofa, 
and bath. On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms, full bath, and
queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The home has hardwood floors
and cedar throughout. A very large deck and yard makes this a
perfect Northern Michigan get-away.

For those who love the outdoors, there is plenty of fun. In the
spring, there are morel mushrooms to pick and Avalanche Hill to
climb for a great view of Lake Charlevoix. The summer offers
endless days of canoeing, golfing, fishing and boating. There are
many biking/roller blading trails nearby. Watercraft and bike
rentals are available in Boyne City (1.5 miles away). At the end
of the day, relax on the 12' x 44' deck with gas grill, or enjoy a
campfire in the backyard fire pit.

See the beautiful array of colors in the fall and visit the local
fruit orchards. It's a skiers delight in the winter. Just a short
drive to Boyne Mountain, or you can cross country ski out the side
door. There are snowmobile trails to go on and ice fishing also.
Year round there are always great restaurants, shopping, gambling,
and events happening. Contact the Boyne City Chamber of Commerce

property is re-booked, all payments will be refunded. If not re-
booked, payment minus 25% of rental fee will be refunded.
