Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to "Emerald Sunshine," located in the family-oriented 
community of Seacrest Beach North. Lots of room with a large great 
room on the first floor plus tower room on the third for everyone to 
spread out and relax. 

An adult bedroom on the ground floor is perfect for someone who 
prefers not to climb the stairs, but wants to be a part of the 
activities. Three bedrooms on the second floor, two for adults and a 
bunkroom for the kids. The top floor tower room can also be used for 
sleeping with its Queen-size sofa sleeper. Porches on every level 
with gulfviews from some and an open sundeck on the top floor with 
wonderful views of the gulf and the perfect spot for enjoying the 
spectacular sunsets. 

"Emerald Sunshine" faces the large, 12,000 square foot pool 
approximately 20 yards away and sits close to the beach access - you 
are in the best location to enjoy the beach and the pool. Enjoy a 
stroll around this beautifully landscaped community with paved 
walkways lined with regal palms. Convenient to the shops at nearby 
Rosemary Beach and golfing at the newly completed Camp Creek Golf 
Club.
