Beautiful 2nd floor one BR condo, with a full bath and a half bath,
overlooking the palm trees, lake and 11th hole of the Palm
Aire CC "Champions" golf course. Nice furniture, fully furnished
kitchen, walk-in closet, firm beds, phones, large lanai
sitting/eating area, and a private heated pool right across the
street. Newly carpeted.

As you can see from the pictures, this is an extremely large 1 BR
unit at 900 sq ft. Many 2 BR condos in the area aren't this spacious.

Smoke free environment, absolutely no pets allowed, please don't ask.

Completely and fully furnished. Rental agent just minutes away will
meet any needs that may arise and help you get settled in. Cable
TV's in LR and BR, all linens and towels, air conditioning, ceiling
fans.
Separate living and dining areas. Kitchen has microwave, coffee
maker, new dishwasher and disposal, all appliances, dishes and
cookware, even a breakfast table; everything but the food. Private assigned
parking in front (sorry, no pickup trucks are allowed in this covenant-
controlled community), stairs or elevator easy access. Central
laundry facilities (free) two doors down.

Minutes from the Tampa Bay Bridge, Sarasota beaches, Longboat and
Siesta Keys, Anna Maria Island, numerous golf courses, tennis
courts, museums, fine seafood restaurants, and theaters. Large
Publix-based shopping center just down the street.

This part of the famous Palm Aire community is a very quiet,
reserved, senior-oriented community. Barking dogs, motorcycles, and
late parties are notable in their absence.

Temporary (60 day) memberships in the Palm Aire Country Club for
golf or tennis and social (dining, etc) are available directly from PACC.

Remaining months - $950/mo
Full year lease- $950/mo level

Refundable security deposit and $100 (maximum) cleaning fee. All
utilities paid (electricity to a $70 max/month).

Stays exceeding 6 months will not be subject to the 10.5% Fla resort tax.

All rentals are for 30 day minimums and for whole months, per the condo association rules.
