Our private guesthouse is a serene and peaceful get-away located in
a private neighborhood of classic mountain homes and cottages (each
on multiple acre sites) called Dunraven Heights named after Lord
Dunraven, the European aristocrat who settled in the valley in the
late 1800's.
Although we are only ½ mile from a main raod, paved
bike paths, and the 18 hole golf course, you will enjoy the peaceful,
tranquil, quiet, and safe surroundings of conifers, aspens, and
wildlife (squirrels to massive elk) without traffic or disturbances.
It is an entirely different mind set! If however, you need
something, we reside in our home a short distance away. (We are not
absentee landlords.) The surrounding terrain is relatively flat for
casual(or strenuous) hiking, mountain biking ,or snowshoeing.
Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park are known
world-wide as a beautiful mountain recreation area without
comparison! Estes Park is within 35 to 40 miles of Colorado Front
Range cities of Boulder, Longmont, Loveland and Ft.Collins, and
about 1.5 hours drive from Denver and Denver International Airport.

Full kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee
maker) with breakfast bar and bar stools, fully appointed with pots,
pans, dishware, and glassware; living area with vaulted ceiling and
large picture window; natural rock fireplace with cast iron wood
burning insert (with firewood), screened windows and doors to let in
that fresh mountain air, comfortable recliners and fullsize pullout
couch; SatelliteTV/DVD/CD; one bathroom with full size 5' wide
shower (no tub); one bedroom with queen bed and closet; linens,
blankets, and towels; outdoor deck area; patio furniture, outdoor
propane gas grill; plus a variety of books, puzzles, board games.
Additionally, other accessories such as baby cribs, highchairs, etc
are available, just ask. Pets upon approval. NO SMOKING .
