Vacation Rental Description

When you arrive you will walk up a short flight of stairs to my 
condo. You will not be passing by any other doors. Actually it is 
quite private and relaxing. Considered a luxury condo.

The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile. 
Living space of 1150 sq.ft. makes this a very spacious condo.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator, smooth 
top stove/oven, dishwasher, and a full size washer/dryer for your 
convenience. All appliances have been upgraded. Small appliances 
included are a large electric griddle for a large breakfast feast, 
blender, 
toaster, coffee maker, can opener, microwave oven, crock pot, and 
all the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, that you will 
need. I have also upgraded the AC/Heat to a new 14 Seer high 
efficiency system. 

This condo has a bonus room which is so comfortable. This room has a 
quality futon with a 9" mattress. It may be used as a sitting room 
or an additional bedroom. Great for the kids! It has a small wicker 
dresser, wicker storage chest for the linens, and a closet. You will 
love it!

Relax on the leather sofa sleeper or lounge on a leather 
rocker/recliner while watching the 34" HD (high definition) wide 
screen TV with cable channels. 1/2 bath downstairs for your 
convenience. 

 As you look out the sliding doors you will see a patio set and a 
Weber BBQ grill. Also, a large rubbermaid storage 
chest filled with beach chairs, umbrella, tennis 
rackets and balls, and other goodies.

 Upstairs you will find a comfortable king size bed in the master 
bedroom along with a 20" flat screen TV with DVD on a wall mount. 
The master bath has double sinks, bathtub and shower. The second 
bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed and a private 
bathroom with shower. Perfect for a couple 
or great for children. This room has a 20" TV/DVD.

Tropical decor and palm trees gives this condo a Key West beachy 
atmosphere. What a great Florida feeling! 
      
Although there isn't a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sound of 
the ocean while you sip your favorite cold beverage on the balcony. 
A 
view of the lagoon is pleasant. You may even enjoy watching the 
tennis players in the distance. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean. 
The indoor heated pool is just a few steps away in the next 
building and an exercise room and sauna for your use. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The pool is fabulous and one of the largest pools on the beach. 
Also, 
a jacuzzi to relax those tired muscles. For the cooler days there is 
an indoor heated pool, sauna and an exercise 
room.
If you would like to play tennis I have provided tennis rackets and 
balls. 
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. 

Activities and Attractions

St. Augustine is known for being the oldest city in the Country. You 
will enjoy many things to do such as touring the Fort, the downtown 
Historic District, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, fishing, boating, 
dining out, shopping, golfing, or just a romantic walk along the 
beach. Disney World is about a 2 hour drive and Jacksonville Airport 
is about an hour away.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 695.00/week for October thru February (Stay for 3 weeks and get 1 
week free)
$1850 month for January or February

$ 895.00 for March, April, May, August, September 
$ 950.00 for June and July
$ 1050.00 4th of July week

9% tax
$250 refundable damage deposit

$75.00 cleaning fee

Please ask for Reduced Rates during slower season or last minute 
vacancies.
