When you arrive you will walk up a short flight of stairs to my
condo. You will not be passing by any other doors. Actually it is
quite private and relaxing. Considered a luxury condo.

The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile.
Living space of 1150 sq.ft. makes this a very spacious condo.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side Refrigerator, smooth
top Stove/Oven, Built in Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Full Size Washer/Dryer for your
convenience. All appliances have been upgraded. Small appliances
included are a large electric griddle for a large breakfast feast,
blender, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, crock pot, and
all the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, that you will
need. I have also upgraded the AC/Heat to a new 14 Seer high
efficiency system.

This condo has a bonus room which is now the 3rd bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds).Great for the kids!  LCD DVD mounted on wall with movies.

Relax on the leather sofa sleeper or lounge on a leather
rocker/recliner while watching the 42" LCD  TV with cable channels. This TV is mounted on a full motion wall mount so you may watch your favorite flicks from kitchen, dining area, or living room. 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience.

As you look out the sliding doors you will see a quality PVC patio set and a
Weber BBQ grill, and  his and hers bikes for your enjoyment.

Upstairs you will find a comfortable king size bed in the master
bedroom along with a 32" LCD TV on wall mount with DVD.
The master bath has double sinks, bathtub and shower. The second
bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed and a private
bathroom with shower. Perfect for a couple
or great for children. This room also has a LCD TV/DVD on wall mount.

Quality linens and towels and beach towels.

Full Size Front loading Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer! Electric has been upgraded to accommodate this for your convenience.

Tropical decor and palm trees gives this condo a Key West beachy
atmosphere. What a great Florida feeling!

Although there isn't a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sound of
the ocean while you sip your favorite cold beverage on the balcony.

A view of the lagoon is pleasant. You may even enjoy watching the
tennis players in the distance. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean.
The indoor heated pool is just a few steps away in the next
building and an exercise room and sauna for your use.

You will be very pleased with my condo and want to return year after year.

The pool is fabulous and one of the largest pools on the beach.
Also,
a jacuzzi to relax those tired muscles. For the cooler days there is
an indoor heated pool, sauna and an exercise
room less than a one minute walk away from your condo.
If you would like to play tennis I have provided tennis rackets and
balls.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella and small cooler for the beach.

St. Augustine is known for being the oldest city in the Country. You
will enjoy many things to do such as touring the Fort, the downtown
Historic District, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, fishing, boating,
dining out, shopping, golfing, or just a romantic walk along the
beach. Disney World is less than a two hour drive and Jacksonville Airport
is only an hour away.
