to Manatee County beaches famous for clean, clear water and soft  
white sand.  Two large marinas & the Bradenton Yacht Club are within  
walking distance.  Excellent flats and deep Snead Island Cut fishing  
are just steps from your front door.  Very private, park-like

dishwasher. Absolutely No Smoking, small, short haired pets considered.  Sea wall  
with sandy  beach, covered parking, storage shed,  shaded picnic area. 
 
2 bedroom, 2 baths.  King size bed in master bedroom with en suite bath.  Queen size sleeper  
sofa in family room.  Immaculately kept vintage green and pink guest bath with full tub.

rates: 
 
$550/week, $1850/month  September - April 
$400/week, $1450/month  May - August 
Manatee County  sales tax of 6.5% and Manatee County Tourist tax  of 4% not included in rental  
price.  Stays over 6 months free of these taxes. 
 
2 week minimum, 3 months during season preferred. 
Rates include all utilities.  
 
Satellite tv provided in family room.
