It was a wonderful location, building, condo, and overall fun time. I would like to mention that my apt. condo was just off the elevator so the ringing was apparent, but when you had the a/c and the inside door closed it was not evident. There was no view of the ocean just Collins but then you could watch the action . Very accommodating owner/agent, whatever I needed I got a very quick response. She did provide cleaning after the first week as I was there for 2 - which is very fair. Parking accommodations were reduced at a nearby lot and that was great. No stove, but every other convenience was supplied. No washer/dryer but arrangements were made for fresh towels and sheets. Internet in the condo was extremely handy and I appreciated that very much. Overall was a very great time as every possible activity is within walking distance - even the Art Centre where I took a photography workshop. Also there is a South Beach shuttle ($0.25) and it goes all around South Beach which is so handy and helpful when you are tired from walking and walking. The beach area is beautiful and so is the pool. I will be staying there next year and for 1 month I hope. Thanks to Gia.

We were attracted to the condo for its location on the beach and the price. Upon our arrival to the condo, we received a phone call stating the room was being cleaned at the last second. In order to obtain the key to the room, we received an odd set of instructions that led you to an unsecured location. After waiting for the room to become available, we noticed the room was poorly cleaned and the bedding was covered with stray hairs. The overall size of the space was below par and the appliances were not “new” as the description stated. Our particular experience ended with misfortune in that false damages fees were charged to us. In all of our travel experiences, we have never had an experience like this one. The false accusations and the failure to provided evidence to us signify a very low level of professionalism by the agent. Based on the apparent lack of customer service and safety of the property, we would not recommend renting this property.

Had a great time at the hotel. The room was very clean and organized in a nice manner. The service was as promised and the area is excellent. The beach was a two minute walk and restaurants and shopping areas surround this hotel. Overall an excellent place for the price.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
