Maravilla is a private community of low-rise condominiums, beach 
estates, and cottages. It's perfectly situated away from the crowds 
and congestion of high-rise apartment buildings.  Our central 
location on Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping, 
restaurants, and an abundance of activities.  Pompano Joe's 
Restaurant is approximately 1/4 mile east and is easily within 
walking distance.

Silver Sands Factory Outlet Center is a mere ten-minute drive east. 
The newest shopping area, Destin Commons, is located a mere five-
minute drive west - lots of stores, large cineplex, and the new Hard 
Rock Cafe!  The location is wonderful!

#1308 is located on the 3rd floor, conveniently positioned two units 
away from an elevator and just a mere five-minute walk to the beach
from the front door. The interior features a casual Florida elegance 
in decor, comfort, and ambiance.  

The Master Suite offers the luxury of KING-SIZED Bedding, a cable-
connected television, telephone, plenty of dresser space, and a 
private bath.  The Master suite's sliding glass door allows access to 
the 30' balcony.

The Second Bedroom could be considered another Master Suite 
with King-sized bedding and direct access to the second bathroom.
There is ample storage provided in the spacious triple dresser or 
closet.  A cable-connected tv and DVD add to the contentment of our 
guests. 

The bunk room is a favorite of little ones yet comfortable enough for 
adults.  There are twin mattresses located on the upper and lower 
positions. A tall dresser is located behind the door.

The living room has a gorgeous queen-sized sleeper sofa and love 
seat.  There is also an entertainment center which houses one of the 
BRAND NEW! 3 TV's, DVD, stereo system, and assorted board games. Free 
Wireless Internet usage is a click away. Bring your laptop and stay 
connected. Our guests are provided a vast array of indoor 
entertainment choices!

The kitchen is expertly equipped. Besides the usual 
refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, it also includes a microwave, 
coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, blender, pots/pans, and 
plenty of kitchen utensils. A Full-Sized Stackable Washer and Dryer 
is also located in the kitchen area. This property is equipped with 
more than just the bare basics!

Access to our private, 30 foot balcony is either from the living area 
or the master suite. A table & 4 chairs provide a secondary retreat 
for dining or a fun spot to enjoy the scenic sea while sipping that 
favorite beverage.

In addition to the 2 swimming pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, 
exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and clubhouse, our 
2.5 acre private beach is sure to delight any dedicated beach lover!

Our seasonal beach attendant service, March 15-October 31 (weather 
permitting), offers umbrellas, chairs, and watersports rentals.

***Our guests will be provided a beach umbrella and 2 chairs during 
their stay.  COMPLIMENTARY!
***The beach service will take care of "set-up" and "break-down."  
WOW! Fun in the sun just can't get much easier than this!

The location is superb! The property is exceptional! The amenities 
are outstanding!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED!
***Lessee must be 25 to enter into lease agreement which requires 
lessee's occupation and supervision of all guests during the lease 
term.***

Summer       - $1300/wk (May 24 - August 8) Weekly Only! Sat. to Sat.
Late Summer  - $ 895/wk/150/nt (August 9-October 31) (3-nt. minimum)
Fall/Winter  - $600/wk/100/nt (October 31 - December 31) (3-nt. minimum)
