are 2 tennis court and extra parking for your RV, boat or extra car.
Indoors you find two exercise rooms, two saunas, a game room with ping
pong, pool table, a social room with a large screen TV, piano bar.
During the winter season the condominium association social committee
organized different types of activities such as TGI Friday, bocce
tournament, bingo games,card games,holidays parties, golf tournament
and casino cruises and many more events.

Rental Charges are Seasonal and vary as follows:
December - April $3400 per month.
May - August $1500 per month.
September - November $2800 per month.
Association requires a minimum of two month rental and are subject to
approval. Prices include basic telephone, wireless internet conection,
cable, water and condominium
fees.
Price are based on occupancy of four or less. NO PET NO SMOKING.
A discounted rate will be applied for any rentals for more than 3 months.
A non refundable deposit of $1000.00 dollars is required to hold the
reservation,the Reservation Deposit becomes the Security Deposit
(refundable),to cover damages,major inventory losses,long distance
telephone charges, electricity usage plus a cleaning fees of $100.00.
Deposit will be refunded less amount due upon inspection of the
vacated property.
First month rent is due 45 days prior the date of occupancy, balance
of rent is due on date of occupancy.
