Vacation Rental Description

This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a balcony has perhaps the best
ocean view available on Hutchinson Island, features a beautiful ocean
view from the living/dining room and master bedroom to capture
breathtaking ocean sunrises.  The master bedroom has a king bed,
TV/VCR with a connecting walk-in closet full bathroom with roman tub,
the bedroom leads out to the balcony overseeing the ocean and
coastline. The second bedroom and kitchen have a great views of the
Intracoastal Waterway's mile wide Indian River sunset view can be
captured from the second bedroom which has a daybed, TV/VCR and
connects to second bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment is fully
furnished and equipped with linens, utensils, cookware, dinnerware
and washer and drier. The custom build kitchen has everything you need
refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliance.
 The apartment is fully tiled.  Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar
in the living room.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Princess is beautifully maintained inside and out. For your
security there is a gated entry from the street and handicap
accessible ramp with a gated private dune walk to the beach. This
condominium offers a swimming pool (heated), a jacuzzi, bocce court,
putting green, BBQ, mini car wash and ample parking. Across A1A there
are 2 tennis court and extra parking for your RV, boat or extra car.
Indoors you find two exercise rooms, two saunas, a game room with ping
pong, pool table, a social room with a large screen TV, piano bar.
During the winter season the condominium association social committee
organized different types of activities such as TGIFriday, bocce
tournament, bingo games,card games,holidays parties, golf tournament
and casino cruises and many more events.    

Activities and Attractions

With miles of clean under populated beaches on Hutchinson Island, you
can enjoy many activities: Golf, Biking, Hiking, Wildlife Viewing,
Live Theaters, Cinemas, Fishing, River Dinner Cruises, Casino Cruises, 
Restaurants, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing,
Windsurfing, Jet Skiing, Shelling.
The surrounding area has many attractions as well as charming local
shops and restaurants in Jensen Beach, Stuart, and Fort Pierce for
shopping and a little taste of old-time small-town charm Florida.
Disney World is approximately 2 hours away. 
The Kennedy Space Center 1-1/2 hours.
West Palm Beach 1 hour
Fort Lauderdale 1 3/4 hours 
Miami 2 1/2 hours.
Golf:  Within a 5 minutes drive, there are 20 championship public golf
courses in the area.
Restaurants are plentiful on the island or if you want to go to the
mainland which is only 10 minutes ride over the Jensen Beach causeway.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Charges are Seasonal and vary as follows:
December - April $3400 per month.
May - August $1500 per month.
September - November $2800 per month.

Association requires a minimum of two month rental and are subject to
approval. Prices include basic telephone, cable, water and condominium
fees. 
Price are based on occupancy of four or less. NO PET NO SMOKING.
A discounted rate will be applied for any rentals for more than 2 months.
A non refundable deposit of $1000.00 dollars is required to hold the
reservation,the Reservation Deposit becomes the Security Deposit
(refundable),to cover damages,major inventory losses,long distance
telephone charges, electricity usage plus a cleaning fees of $100.00.
Deposit will be refunded less amount due upon inspection of the
vacated property.  
First month rent is due 45 days prior the date of occupancy, balance
of rent is due on date of occupancy.
