Vacation Rental Description

LakeView House in Lakeville, Pa. (Briar Hill South Section) on 23 
mile long Lake Wallenpaupack - Private shoreline including 8x16 
floating dock at the end of 3x18 catwalk - Listen to the sound of 
running water as Briar Hill South's creek flows into Lake 
Wallenpaupack. Water Inlet is child friendly, descent to deeper 
water  - 4 feet of depth at end of dock permits safe diving, 
boating, etc. - Good fishing off dock, shore and boats for bass, 
perch, walleye, carp, etc. 
Four bedrooms (king, queen and double beds) plus Pool Table and 
Dance Floor. Turtle Hunting etc... Access to laundry room washer and 
dryer and kitchen dishwasher. On-site parking for 4-5 cars.  OffRoad 
parking for trailers, etc. Free private boat launch area and access 
to private beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large dock accomodates up to 23' foot boat on either side -  BBQ 
grill  - Campfire circle near lake (subject to fire danger 
restrictions) -  Stone fireplace in living room  -  Cable TV  -

kitchen  -  Knotty pine interior in kitchen, living room and other 
areas  - wooded lot and community one half-mile paved road.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are from Saturday to Saturday unless by special arrangement.

April 5 thru June 13,2008 - $1600/week.
June 14th thru August 29,2008 - $2200/week.
August 30th thru November 14,2008 - $1500/week.
  
A cleaning fee of $100 applies to any length rental. Tenants are 
expected to maintain property and leave house in the same condition 
as found.

Linens and towels are to be provided by tenant.

NOTE: Please consult the AVAILABILITY CALENDAR on this 
site to determine if the time you desire is available.

Long weekends are available except in the on-season (June 14-August 
29). Rates are negotiable based on the number of days.
50% deposit required to hold.  Balance due date will be determined 
at the time the reservation is made. Deposit nonrefundable unless 
that week is subsequently rented for the same amount.  In that 
event, $100 will be retained for compensation and the balance 
refunded. 
Security deposit ($150 partial week,$300 full week)is due with the 
final payment.  
Property is to be left broom clean, and will be inspected after 
departure by owners agent for cleanliness and overall condition.
Maximum occupancy - 10 persons. 
Check-in is at 12PM.  Check-out is at 11AM. 

Note:NO PETS PERMITTED---ANY SUCH USE FORFITS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT!!
