This beautiful first floor condo is located in the gated Spring Run
community at the award winning Brooks. The spectacular view from the
lanai is of the 6th green across the lake. Located near one of the
community's heated pool and jacuzzi this unit is wheelchair
accesible and has a covered carport with extra parking space.
As a non-smoking unit, it has all the comforts of Florida living.
The living area, equipped with a ceiling fan, has 12 feet of glass
sliders opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the
water and golf course. It has a queen size sleeper sofa, 32" TV with
VCR, DVD and stereo. We have just added a computer w/cable internet
for your use as well.
The dining area has comfortable seating for four around a beautiful
glass-top bamboo table and chairs.
The master bedroom, which also overlooks the water and golf course,
has a luxurious king size bed and is located in the rear of the unit
for complete privacy. It has a private bath featuring double sinks
and oversize walk-in shower. It also has a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit, has a queen
size bed. The main bathroom is located right outside this bedroom
door.
Each bedroom has a TV, VCR, clock radio and ceiling fan for your
added comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with wall mounted hair
dryers. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a smooth top
cooking surface, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice-
water in door, informal breakfast and bar eating areas and full size
laundry washer and dryer.
Also included in rental fees are Digital cable, High-Speed Internet,
Unlimited Domestic Long Distance phone service, an iron and ironing board,
all linens and towels including beach towels. All floors have
ceramic tile except the bedrooms which have wall to wall carpeting.
The lanai features an eating and sitting area for you to relax and
enjoy the beautiful view.

This condo has all the features you would expect for a wonderful
vacation during extended lengths of time which include both Golf and
a Private beach area known as "The Commons Club".
Golf membership for two at The Spring Run Golf Facility is available
for a transfer fee of $238.50 and is good for the entire term of
your rental. As a temporary member, of The Spring Run Golf Club, you
will have use of an 18 hole championship golf course, an aquatic
driving range, a practice putting green, complete pro shop, tennis
courts, fitness center, heated pool and jacuzzi, barbecue grills
and a private restaurant and lounge.
"The Commons Club" is available for a daily fee, which gives you
access to a beautiful private beach on the gulf just 15 mins. away.
It has private parking complete with beach chairs and umbrellas,
bathroom and shower facilities and a pavilion complete with snack
bar. Just bring a towel and your book and your ready for a day in
the sun!!! You can also have use of the fitness club and privalages
to dine at the members only "Rosies Spoonbill" restaurant.

This prime location is only 15 minutes from either Fort Myers or
Naples and Southwest International Airport in Fort Myers. Just
minutes from premium outlet stores and upscale shopping centers.
It is a 15 minute drive from the private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico
and there are top notch restaurants in the Bonita Springs and Naples area.
