Charming, fully furnished lodge-like house available for getaways in the magnificent Catskill
Mountains. The property sits on more than 60 acres of forest and meadows, with scenic views of far
off peaks. It's within minutes of the confluence of the Beaverkill and Willowemoc Rivers.

The property is well suited for family vacations and holiday gatherings, fly-fishing trips, romantic
weekends and artistic retreats. It has a large, comfortable living room with a fireplace, a lovely
yet informal dining room, a large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, a large, family-style
kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, and a seasonal porch.

The security deposit is 30%, and is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental
must be paid two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

There will be a full refund for cancellations if they are received at least 30 days prior to the
start of the rental. Half of the deposit will be returned for cancellations received 15-30 days from
the rental start. Termination of the agreement within 15 days of the start of the rental will result
in forfeiting of the entire deposit. If we rebook the house, we will refund the deposit minus a $50
administrative fee.
