New 1950 square foot Ruidoso cabin with awesome views in the Upper
Canyon.
Conveniently located in a quite neighborhood with lots of wildlife,
mountain biking and hiking. Dyer Straits is a three-bedroom, two-
bath cabin, which accommodates six guests. Secluded yet close to
shopping and skiing. Dyer Straits is also with in walking distance
to the Lincoln National Forest.

The loft is the master suite and is furnished with a king-size bed,
flat panel color television and includes a sitting area. The master
suite also has its own private bathroom with a shower.

The main floor has a level entry with a covered porch and includes a
nicely decorated living room with a wood burning fireplace, a fully
stocked kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and bedroom with a queen
size bed and a color television. There is also a 500 square foot
deck with awesome views, patio furniture and a gas grill.

The lower floor has a full size pool table, foosball table, board
games and a large TV with DVD for family entertaining. There is also
a bedroom with bunk beds. In addition there is a secluded 500 square
foot deck on the lower floor.

relaxing, comfortable and fun. Whether it be outside on a beautiful
ruidoso day or maybe the weather does not permit. There are many
thinks to do inside. Play a game of pool or hang out and watch a
movie together. Go out for dinner or make dinner in. This brand new
3 bedroom 2 bath cabin will take you away from all your worries.

3 night minimum stay is preferred year round. 2 night minimum is required.

Apr.1,-Apr.14,and Oct.1,- Nov.15,. $185.00/night.

4 night minimum stay for holidays and spring break. $225.00/night.

December 12, through January 12, is a 5 night mimimum, rates are $275.00/night.

Cleaning fee $85.00
