This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is just steps away from the most popular lake in the Belgrade  
area, Great Pond.  The westerly exposure allows for the most terrific sunset views of Great Pond.   
It is an open concept cottage with vaulted ceilings.  The living area, kitchen & dining areas all  
have a view of the lake.  One bedroom has a queen bed, one a double bed and the other two twin  
beds.  It will comfortably sleep 6 guests.  There is a sandy beach area for swimming, a dock to swim  
or fish from. This cottage is great for families with small children.

Activities and Attractions

Vacationers come to Maine to relax and get away from their hectic lifestyles.  The Belgrade Lakes  
area consists of 7 beautiful lakes. There is an assortment of water activities for you; swimming,  
boating, fishing, tubing, water skiing, kayaking, etc. 
 
If you're looking for land activities, the village of Belgrade is just a few minutes down the road.  
There are restaurants, shops and Day's Store.  If you bring your motor boat, you can drive the  
boat to Day's Store to pick up your groceries but don't forget the nightcrawlers. 
 
Hiking - there are several hiking trails in the area. 
 
Horseback Riding - riding lessons at Rome Horse Farm. 
 
Berry Picking - fun activity.  There are several farms in the area  
for strawberry, blueberry & raspberry picking. 
 
Maine County Fairs - summer is the time for the Maine county fairs.   
Your chance to see livestock, enjoy the midway rides and just have  
fun. 
 
Day Trips - 45 minutes to Freeport shopping and home to LL Bean. 
            1 hr to the coast  
             
Golfing - there are several courses in the area.  Belgrade Lakes Golf Club was voted in top 5 best  
public courses in the US. 
 
On rainy days, Augusta (30 min)has the Maine State Museum & Old Fort Western.  Waterville (15 min)  
has the Colby College Museum of Art and the Waterville Opera House.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000.00 per week 
 
Check-in: Saturday 2-5 pm 
Check-out: Saturday, 10am promptly! 
 
Renter charged $35.00 reservation fee & $40.00 "Peace of Mind" damage waiver fee for accidental  
damage to $300. 
7% Maine lodging tax added to rental. 
50% deposit of total rental rate & signed Guest Rental Agreement are required to confirm reservation. 
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 
 
All reservations are handled by Belgrade Vacation Rentals.  If this cottage is not available or
