Amenities include five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, free form pool,
hot tub, fireplace, huge kitchen with bar for entertaining, gorgeous
mountain views and room to spread out.

Two bedrooms have king beds, two guest rooms have a queen bed,
one bedroom has two twin beds, and the loft has a pull out couch.
There is room for everyone here! We also have children’s toys,
games and videos at no extra charge! We have high speed internet as
well. There is a washer and dryer on site and a complete kitchen at
your disposal.

Nascar Phoenix International Raceway is just 5 minutes from the
home. San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, Kansas City Royals,
Milwakee Brewers and Texas Rangers spring training baseball stadiums
are all less than 20 minutes away. The Wigwam Golf Resort, The Raven
at Verrado and Estrella Mountain Ranch are all premium golf
facilities located within 15 minutes, as well as over 20 other golf
courses in a 20 minute drive. Glendale Arena and Phoenix Coyotes
Hockey is a short 10 minute drive. Phoenix Cardinals stadium is also
a 10 minute drive. Fabulous dining and shopping are
right around the corner. Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are short

Peak Season: October through May - $225 per night/$1350 per Week

High Peak Season(March) and Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Years Week and Memorial Day): $250 per night/$1550 per Week

Off Peak Season: June - September $200 per night/$1250 per Week
