Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this attractive, luxury two year old home, "Beach, Bed 
and Beyond" located across the street from the Gulf in the exclusive 
gated part of St. George, in the Plantation.  Four of the five 
bedrooms have balconies overlooking the Gulf.  Take one of the 
boardwalks for a 2 minute walk to the shore. This home is beautiful, 
with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, elevator and 
in-ground pool. This home is ideal for two families or a large group 
of family and friends.  There are two masters with walk-in closets 
and two sitting areas, a formal dining area, living room, and large 
kitchen with granite counters.  There are 3 other bedrooms and a 
total of 4 1/2 baths.  On the first level, there is a screened 
porch, perfect for barbequeing and a fenced in-ground pool.  Other 
amenities include a fireplace, washer/dryer, 8 TV's and 
DVD's,stereo, free long distance and more! 

Getting There:

For those who will be flying, there is commercial service into 
Panama City and Tallahassee where you can also rent a car.  There is 
a GA airport for private planes in Appachicola and a landing strip 
in the Planation on St. George Island.

For those driving, St. George Island is located 1 hour east of 
Panama City, one hour west of Tallahassee, and 6 hours from 
Atlanta.   

Once You Are Here:

Just over the bridge is Apalachicola, a turn of the century fishing 
village which has shops, galleries and restaurants.  The island 
beaches are beautiful.  The pristine state park, fishing, and 
seafood make this a great kick-back place for you, your family and 
friends.  

The area is a great one for nature lovers, bird lovers, fisherpeople 
and those who want to kick back.  This is NOT Destin - this is the 
white sand beaches of the past - quiet, relaxing and gorgeous.
