Resort Vacation Villa in Palm Springs

Situated in a luxury resort, on 25 acres of mature tropical
landscaped
grounds, with palm trees and fountains.There are 8 pools 9 spas and 5
lighted tennis courts. The villa has two main bedrooms and one
additional bedroom, king and two queen beds and a sofa bed.Luxuriosly
furnished ,full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, full china,
glassware, and cutlery,4TVs,VCR,DVD,stereo.Also a washer and
dryer.Walk out the door to the large out door patio and you are steps
from the nearest pool.There is a BBQ and views of a fountain.The
aproximate size of the villa is 1400 sq. feet. there is a 2 car
garage.Bicycles, tennis rackets and board games are included.Knotts
Soak City Water Park is close by.Downtown Palm Springs with its
bustling shops and resturants is aproximatly a 6 minute drive.This is
our 2nd home and is decorated to a high standard, this is not a
typical rental.

Air museum 2miles ,water park 1/2 mile airport 2 miles indian canyon,
living desert park,airial tramway,downtown steet market once a week
celebrity tours, casinos, this gated resort complex is across the
street from the La Meridian hotel spa and restuarant.A supermarket
is within walking distance.SanDiego, Los Angeles, and Disnyland are a
2 hour drive.children welcome long term renters welcome, wheelchair
accessible.
