Vacation Rental Description

After 5 months of renovations, our amazing 2/2 beachfront condo on 
the 18th floor is gorgeous. A 37 foot long terrace overlooks the 
Gulf of Mexico and has a fantastic view of sunsets. You will love 
waking up every morning to great beach views and a walk on the 
beach. No detail was overlooked in our renovation which includes:

- New Kitchen with real wood designer cabinets, all new appliances, 
granite countertops 
- New Tray Ceiling in Kitchen with indirect rope lighting and 
highhats 
- New flooring throughout including bamboo wood floors in bedrooms 
and travertine style porcelan tile in remainder of condo 
- Plantation Shutters in All Rooms 
- New Bathrooms including granite counters, new sinks and faucets, 
real wood cabinetry, new tile floors and stone style baths, and 
BRAND NEW toilets 
- Beautiful Brand New tropical design furniture throughout the condo 
- New Televisions 
- Totally Repainted walls and ceiling 
- New Air Conditioner 
- New Doors
We even repaced the lightswitches!!! We are sure that you will agree 
that our new condo is one of the best in all of South Seas

The condo is 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen 
size bed and a brand new color TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds 
and color TV/VCR. The living area has a couch that converts into a 
queen size bed and a color TV and DVD player. We have left a number 
of board games in the condo for your enjoyment.The balcony is 37 
feet long; patio furniture to seat 4 and beautiful views of the 
beach, pool, and gorgeous Florida sunsets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

South Seas Club is one of the premier condos on Marco Island. It has 
a guard gated entry to South Seas beautiful 55 acre property. The 
property has 4 tower buildings on the beach as well as several 
buildings on the bay. There are 8 clay tennis courts for your 
enjoyment (small charge to play). There is a great pool adjacent to 
the beach between Towers 1 and 2 as well as between Towers 3 and 4. 
Our building also has a workout room. The parking lot is adjacent to 
the building. Tower 3 was totally refurbished in the Fall of 2004 
with a new lobby and new common areas. Boat docking is available on 
the bay side of the property. 

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island is located about 20 Minutes to the south of Naples, 
Florida and approximately 48 miles south of Southwest Florida 
International Airport in Ft Myers. Marco is also approximately 110 
miles west of Ft Lauderdale Florida.

MARCO ISLAND - FLORIDA’S TROPICAL ISLAND PARADISE 

Marco Island, Florida is the largest of the Ten Thousand Islands and 
is located at the southern tip of Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast in 
Collier County.  A beachfront paradise located just north of the 
western entrance to Everglades National Park, the island is 
surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on one side and pristine wilderness 
on the other.
Marco Island is home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches 
and offers world-class golf courses nearby, shopping and dining on 
Marco Island and in nearby Naples, the world famous Everglades 
National Park immediately adjacent, and immediate access to both the 
Gulf of Mexico and the mangrove-lined estuaries of the Ten Thousand 
Islands for fishing, boating, bird and wildlife watching, kayaking 
and canoeing.
                  

NATURAL CHOICE FOR RELAXATION AND ADVENTURE
The natural environment in and around Marco Island provides the 
perfect backdrop for both relaxing and adventurous activities.  
Beachcombing, shelling, bird watching, fishing, boating, sailing, 
canoeing and kayaking, golf and tennis are the top choices for 
outdoor activities in and around Marco Island.  Of course, the 
island provides plenty of choices for tamer recreational pursuits 
like shopping, dining and sightseeing.

Marco Island’s beach and surrounding sand bars offer some of the 
best shelling in the world.  A casual stroll along Marco Island 
beaches will reward the shell seeker with a wide variety of shells 
including whelks, olive shells, scallops and hundreds of other gems 
of the sea.   A number of island tour operators provide short trips 
by sailboat to undiscovered sand bars and nearby islands that are 
often covered in keepsake shells. 

The Ten Thousand Islands stretch endlessly from Marco Island’s 
southern edge, winding past Everglades City and Chokoloskee all the 
way down to Flamingo.  A large percentage of the Ten Thousand 
Islands is located within the boundaries of either the Ten Thousand 
Islands National Wildlife Refuge or Everglades National Park, 
providing a haven for numerous rare and endangered animal and bird 
species.  

Bird watchers and adventurers can easily access this mysterious 
water wonderland from Marco Island in a variety of ways.  Canoes and 
kayaks are readily available for rent, with both short and extended 
tour routes available.  Beachfront water sports operators provide 
guided wave runner tours through nearby mangrove islands with 
information on the mangrove estuary and its inhabitants, including 
bottle nosed dolphin, manatee, sea otter, alligator, crocodile, wood 
stork, brown and white pelicans, herons, egrets and more.  

Marco Island is flanked by nearly 100 miles of islands, bays and 
estuaries that will never be developed.  Access to this nearby 
wilderness is possible through the Rookery Bay National Estuarine 
Research Reserve, Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, 
Collier-Seminole State Park, Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve, Big 
Cypress National Preserve and Everglades National Park.  These 
conditions provide a paradise for nature photographers and anglers.  
 

FISHING
Backcountry fishing reels in plenty of snook, tarpon, redfish, 
trout, pompano and many more species.  Experienced guides are 
readily available for fishing excursions from Marco Island, 
Chokoloskee, Everglades City, Goodland and other nearby areas and 
include backcountry flats fishing and deep-sea charters into the 
Gulf of Mexico for grouper and snapper.
 

Golf

There are numerous golf courses nearby where you can enjoy one of 
the country's best areas for golfing.

Shopping

In addition to the many shops on Marco, you are only 20 minutes away 
from the luxurious shops of 5th Ave in Naples Florida. Outlet stores 
abound in one outlet mall only 10 minutes from Marco.
