Nice furnished with the most incredible view of the Isla Verde
beach. Complete kitchen with washer and dryer and all necesities for
a wonderfull stay. Underground parking
included - Walking Distance to Hotels, Casinos, Shopping
Center.Owner uses it a lot, so everything is good quality. Next to Hotel San Juan.
One bedroom with a queen bed, another with two twin beds and a
thundle bed.2 tv's with cable, the master has air condition
plus cealing fan, the other room has air condition. Another cealing
fan on the dining-living aerea. Very spacios living area.
Only 5 minutes from airport, 20 minutes to the charming OLD SAN JUAN, 15 to
the Condado area.
