The Owner agrees to promptly refund the security deposit within 30 days after the departure date, providing there is no damage, missing items, outstanding long-distant phone bills, or excessive cleaning of home or hot tub necessary. There is a $55 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds. We make every effort to fill your reservation in the event of your need to cancel. If we are successful, we will move your reservation to new dates during a comparable season and charge you only $30 and the difference (if any) between your cancelled reservation and the new replacement booking. Occupancy & Parking: The safety code and property systems determine the occupancy level for JH. Guest shall occupy JH with no more than 10 persons maximum for overnight accommodations, including children. Guest agrees to house only the persons listed in the Rental Agreement. Sleeping on the floor, sofas or any other area that is not designated as a sleeping area is not allowed. Camping in tents, on decks, on patios, in RV’s or campers on the premises is prohibited. Parking is allowed in the driveway. Street parking is allowed only in front of our driveway. You may not block street. Carpooling is encouraged. Guest shall not have parties or other special events that will cause the number of people to exceed 10 persons maximum without approval and prior consent by owners. At owner’s discretion, small groups may be allowed for an additional facility rental fee and per guest overage charge. Guest will forfeit security deposit for any unscheduled events exceeding the 10 persons listed in the Rental Agreement. Guest shall not assign this agreement or sublet all or any portion of the premises to any other person or persons. Age Requirement & Responsibilities of Primary Guest: The primary registered Guest on this agreement must be at least 21 years of age and must be staying at JH for the entire length of stay.
