Vacation Rental Description

Offering for your vacation enjoyment, our beautiful home with 
Nautical Decor located in a deep water cove at the one mile marker. 
Home is 1800-2000 square feet and is only 10 years old. Home is new 
to the rental program and was previously a private residence. 
Park your car in the covered carport as you arrive for your 
vacation.  Bring your luggage in on the street level where you will 
find 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms.  Master Bedroom has King Size 
Bed, walk-in closet, private Bathroom, Satelitte T.V. and a beautiful 
view of the lake from the sliding doors that open to the upper deck. 
The back guest bedroom also has a King Size Bed and an optional Day 
bed that will provide additional sleeping for 2.  This bedroom also 
has the fantastic view of the lake from the sliding doors that open 
with access to the upper deck.  The front bedroom has a queen size 
bed and access to the Jack and Jill type Bathroom that is also 
accessed from the hall.  All bedrooms are large with ample space to 
relax and unwind after a fun day on the lake or visiting the sites.
After you have placed your luggage in the bedrooms, take the one 
level stairway to your open floor plan Living area.  There you will 
find a dining area with sliding door opening to your patio where you 
can sit and dine as you enjoy the view of the lake just a few feet 
away.  The living area has a sofa, loveseat, satelite T.V. and a gas 
fireplace.The sliding doors open to your half circle concrete patio 
with a gas Grill and Patio set.  The large, bright kitchen has all 
the amenities you will 
need including a trash cabinet and 3 person snack bar. 
You will also find a full bathroom on this level and a large utility 
room with washer, dryer and water softener. 
Home has Heat Pump and Central Air and has city water and sewer.
The level lot has a half Circle Patio  that ends just a few feet from 
the water and the walkway to the 2 well dock.  The sizes of the wells 
are 12x38 (roof high enough to accomodate a boat with a radar arch 
and a 10x24 well that is perfect for smaller boats or your jet ski.
The dock has a large swim platform that is partially covered for your 
swimming or fishing enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season - Day after Labor day thru April - $200.00 per night
In Season - May  - $275.00 per night (except Mem Day Weekend)
Peak Season - Mem Day thru Labor Day Week End - $300.00 per night
Full Week's Stay = $1500.00  (=2 nights free) 
Weekday only Visits = Mon thru Thursday = 10% discount
Rates are based on 6 person occupancy - $30.00 night each addl person
$20.00 per hour for late checkout unless prior approval by owner
Cleaning Fee - $60.00 + $15.00 if pet is allowed
Pet Friendly small dogs only and must be approved by owner - $30.00par
Security Deposit $300.00 + $100.00 if pet is allowed
Use of 2 well dock included in above rates.
Security Deposit + 1 Nights Rental + Cleaning Fee is required to hold 
your reservation.  Payment in Full 30 days prior to arrival unless 
arrangements made with owner.
Visa or Master Card is accepted for payment if you wish to use.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
