Bedroom areas can be closed off with sliding doors for privacy, making this ideal for 2 families. In addition to the four bedrooms and 2 baths, there is a large living and dining area and kitchen. The living room has a new Sanyo 50 inch plasma TV.  Free wireless internet is available.

The Condo has a garage with room for 1 car plus storage, and 2 additional off street spaces. 6 beach tags are included in the rental.

The beautiful ocean can be viewed from the living area, deck and two front bedrooms. This great condo has central air, gas heat and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has a a smooth top range, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. Appliances include microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster and blender. There is new wood laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining area.

The living area has two sofas, a gas log fireplace, and a 50 inch plasma hd tv with dvd player. Each front bedroom has a tv, 1 with dvd. Free wireless internet is provided so you can stay in touch. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The two larger front bedroooms each have a queen size bed with premium mattress and box spring, and the smaller bedrooms each have two twin beds.

Walk to the beach - no streets to cross. Ideal for families with young children. If you arrive at the beach and find you have forgotten something - you are so close you can just pop back to the
condo! Also within walking distance are bay, playground, restaurants, ice cream store, food store, and drug store.

Walk, bike or roller blade on the promenade. This location is just
at the southern end.
