"Shalom 4" - Elegant Beachfront Home! in Crystal Beach

This beautiful beachfront house is located off hwy 87 on the Bolivar
Peninsula. Only 6 miles from the Galveston ferry. In the  Ocean Shores subdivision where the beaches are wide and quiet. This
house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms have a view
of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is a upper and lower deck.
Three bedrooms are off the upper deck and each one has a private
door to access the deck. The views are magnificent!! You can see all
the way to Galveston, watch the ships go by and enjoy the surf.
Those not familiar with Crystal Beach will enjoy walking, or driving
(your car, or golf cart) on the beach. This house is one of two beachfront homes that survived hurricane Ike in this entire subdivision! NO PETS OR SMOKING!! IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DURING THE RENTAL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND!! IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF PETS OR SMOKING YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT!

This house is very comfortable for you. Downstairs you will
find a BBQ grill,  and outside shower. When you walk up the stairs you will come to the first level with a large partially covered deck with plenty of furniture
awaiting you. Enter through the living area that has windows all
along the beach frontage. The beach house decor is very inviting and
cozy. There is a built in sitting/sleeping area in the living room
underneath the windows. The living room also has a sofa, love seat and oversize comfy chair.  The entertainment center houses a TV, DVD player and VCR in this area. The dining room table has 8 chairs. The breakfast bar has 3 stools. The kitchen is open to the living area and also has a
window with that same incredible view. On this level there is a
bedroom that is kid friendly with very sturdy custom built bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor and a washer and dryer. Up stairs you will find three more bedrooms each with private access to the upper deck which has two glider rockers and bench seating to soak up the amazing views and windows in each affording those same breathtaking views. Each bedroom can be private or accomodate more according to your needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a futon with a twin on top. It also has a private bathroom with a large walk in closet. Both the other bedrooms have a queen bed and a built in sitting/sleeping area (8' x 30" in each) so again you can have privacy or accomodate three in each of these bedrooms. There is another full bathroom to
accomodate the two secondary upstairs bedrooms. The total sleeping
capacity is up to 14 plus you will find a portable baby pack and
play in the closet. 
 The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook all you want. There is a large refrigerator, beautiful dishes, a deep fryer, crock pot, blender, toaster, two coffee pots, larger pots for crab boiling and cookbooks!

You will need to leave the house clean except for the linens..which we will wash.

This is one of the best areas for fishing with the gulf, jetties and
many bays, Roll Over Pass and piers. Those who enjoy birding will be
delighted, Crystal Beach is a quaint yet fun place to visit with
lots to keep you entertained, There is a great grocery store and
very good restaurants. It is one of the few places you can drive
your car on the beach, have a small fire on the beach (away from the
dunes) and shoot off fireworks! Of course Galveston and all it has
to offer is just a ferry ride away.

Summer rates 2010: $2800.00 per week $1400 per weekend Two night minimum booking required. Winter rates after Labor Day '09 until Memorial Day 2010 $1400.00 week, $800.00 weekend plus 6% hotel tax
Check in times: Monday noon-Sunday 4:00p.m. or Friday noon to
Thursday 4:00.p.m.  Your rate will include sheets. 
$500.00 fully refundable deposit. It is your responsibility to leave the house in order the way you found it with the exception of the linens which we will take care of. 
We rent to families only. Reservations are accepted from and keys
are given to adults 25 years and up only. No prom, spring break,
graduation or college groups.
Do not violate the maximum number of people for the house. 

 This house is on a septic system and cannot
accomodate more people! You will be asked to leave without a refund
and or lose your deposit if there are more people at the house than
14.
No smoking/No pets (any evidence of pets/smoking will mean
forfeiture of rental without refund and your deposit). Also having more that 14 guests at any time during your stay will be cause for losing your deposit and being asked to leave without a refund. If you are  
looking to accomodate more people than this, Shalom 4, and 5 are
on the same street. Perfect for that family reunion!
