everything included. Open kitchen, dining and living area with 
sliding glass door to courtyard patio. Master bedroom(1 King Bed) 
and master bath are located upstairs with private balcony with  Gulf 
views. 
2nd bedroom Queen sized bed also with balcony . Third bedroom has a
set of twin bunk beds. There are also 2 twin rollaway beds in the unit
and a Queen sized sleeper in living room.  
Gated community with boardwalk to beach ( less than 150 yards with 
NO 
ROADS TO CROSS ) VERY CLOSE TO BEACH . Included are two pools (one 
heated) with co-located kiddie pools. Conveniently located with 
access to shopping,restaurants, and entertainment, all within 
walking 
distance.

Restaurants and Shopping:
1 Mile to Whales Tale, 3 Miles to Pompano Joe's, 3.2 Miles to 
Wahoos, 
3.3 Miles to Captain Dave's. 1 Mile to Baytown Wharf, 2 Miles to 
Ocean Club, Across the street form Silver Sands Outlet Mall, 5 Miles 
to New Destin Commons Shopping Mall and Movie Theater.

Deposit and Payment: $500.00 Deposit to block your desired time, 
Full payment due 60 days prior to the day of check in or renter 
forfeits deposit and time will be unblocked. Deposit will be 
returned within 45 days after check out barring 
any property damage. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 
10:00am.
Please add 7% FL tax and a $100.00 Cleaning Fee will be deducted
 from your deposit.
