Vacation Rental Description

Coconuts is a charming 1733 square foot cottage in the quaint gated
community of Calypso Point in the Dune Allen area of Santa Rosa Beach.
High ceilings, hardwood floors, and elegant antique furniture are a
few of the features that make this beach retreat unusual.  Enjoy the
gulf breezes from the spacious front porch overlooking the lushly and
private landscaped yard or take a dip in the neighborhood pool shared
by only 34 homes.  Beach access is a short 390 yard stroll down the
bike path.
It's location in the Dune Allen area of Santa Rosa Beach is
unsurpassed for convenience, within a 10 minute drive of Sandestin and
the largest designer outlet mall in the country, and adjacent to the
Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. The unique shops and restaurants of Gulf
Place and concerts and other activities on the green are within
walking distance. Seaside with its brick streets, unique boutiques,
and Victorian cottages is a 10 minute drive down the road. 
All the ammenities of an exclusive resort can be enjoyed at this
vacation retreat including, 5 TVs, 3 VCRs, DVD, Whirlpool tub in the
master suite, gas BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, cable internet access.
Bedding accommodations sleeps 8 in 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins in 2
bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor.

Fall $950/wk
Winter $750/wk Winter Monthly $1700/mo

Daily rates fall and winter only divide weekly rate by 6
$200 security deposit; $125 cleaning, 11% tax, $50 pet fee 30lbs or
less;  We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years old
CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation.  Full
rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30
days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of
deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of
your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the
reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the
administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made
and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and
deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. 
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If
hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County
Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with
the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory
evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from
the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by
either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the
end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential
threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
