Proms and Groups in Seaside Heights

Come on down to visit anytime! We will be open for the summer for proms and group rentals in Seaside Heights in 2013! The pool will be here too!  We have four units for your prom group! You can get in before your prom, leave your cars and come down after. There is a four bedroom,  a 2 bedroom and a couple of one bedroom units. We generally prefer to rent all out together to large groups, it is better for the after prom party this way.

These units are newly renovated in 2013, fully furnished, cable TV, off street parking, centrally located, only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk and a swimming pool with a large deck.

There is a spacious, fenced in courtyard for grilling, sunning and relaxing.

We have security on the premises every night to ensure you have a safe and fun stay.

Kitchens come with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. are provided.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen bed in one bedroom and all the other bedrooms and other units have full size beds.

Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen).

Things to do in Seaside Heights in the Summer
First of all, we have a pool...
Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades and entertainment. Water park, miniature
golf, lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults.
There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps (charge), free concerts on the
boardwalk, free movies for both under and over the age of 13 and tennis and basketball courts.
Boating, jet skiing and fishing are a few recreations to mention.
Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

Base rates are by the person for the stay, 3 nights included. More than 3 nights cost is more.

Weekends in April and early May are $150 to $200 per person. Weekends after mid-May range between $200 and $400 per person.

Memorial Day weekend is $7,500 for the weekend.
