Vacation Rental Description

A unique and stylish one bedroom garden apartment in a quiet
residential street just off Porchester Road, London W2, located very
close to Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak tube stations.  Very
accessible to and from Heathrow Airport with Paddington Station also
nearby. Supermarkets and food stores of all descriptions, shops, bars,
restaurants, cafés and pubs are all in abundance and within walking
distance. 

This unusually large lower ground floor apartment has just been 
refurbished by the owner to a very high standard.  Decorated in a 
traditional style with a mix of modern features it is a 
definite 'home from home' Once inside the inviting entrance hallway 
there is large double bedroom with masses of built-in wardrobe 
space, a bright newly fitted bathroom with bath and overhead power 
shower,  spacious sitting/dining room with double sofabed and French 
doors leading to a split-level mature garden with table and chairs.  
There is also a fully fitted large modern kitchen/diner and back 
door leading to the private garden.

Features include private garden, two flat screen colour TVs, sensory
security light feature, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher,
hair dryer and double sofabed.  Linen and towels

Activities and Attractions

Bayswater is one of London's most cosmopolitan areas, with the 
significant diversity of the local population added to by having one 
of London's highest concentration of hotels, restaurants, bars, 
cafes, pubs and shops including the famous Whiteleys shopping 
Centre.   Architecturally, the biggest part of the area is made up 
of Georgian stucco terraces and garden squares, mostly, although not 
exclusively, divided up into flats. The property ranges from very 
expensive apartments to small studio flats.

Every Sunday Bayswater Road is transformed into the world's 
liveliest open-air art show. Sidewalk-art at its best. This world 
famous show on the railings of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park is 
licensed by Westminster City Council. The Princess Diana Memorial 
Garden, the Peter Pan statue and the world's favorite Oxford Street 
shopping centre are all nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

£98.00 per night or £686.00 per week inclusive of all utilities but
exclusive of a 
£50.00 end of stay cleaning.  Telephone calls are charged at 10 
pence per unit. 

Minimum stay of 5 nights.
