Vacation Rental Description

This custom 2500 sq. ft. luxury log home was built in 2001, and is 
complete state of the art.  It is situated in the gated community of 
Snowy Mountain Estates at the end of a road on the pristine Benny 
Canyon.  Sunrise Ski Park Resort is 8 miles away, and offers 
excellent vertical skiing.  The log home is surrounded by 3 sides of 
national forest and offers complete privacy.  Benny Creek flows year 
round and is just a short hike from the log home.  You can hear the 
creek flowing from the master suite.  There are 2 gas fireplaces.  
One is in the great room and the other is in the master suite.  The 
outdoor jacuzzi overlooks Benny Canyon, and the elevation is 9000 
ft.  Direct TV and telephone services are included.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rate is $550.00.  Please call for nightly Holiday Rate.
Weekly rate is $2600.00 and a week consists of 6 nights and seven 
days.
Security deposit required.
Three night minimum stay.
Full payment due at time of booking.  We have a no refund policy; 
however, we will try to accommodate dates changes with advance 
notice.
