Vacation Rental Description

Large (2500 sq ft)beautiful newly renovated home with open concept 
kitchen and living area (hardwood floors)with new 
dishwasher/refrigerator/oven/and microwave with sliding doors to 
large brick patio overlooking Great Pond.  Huge Master bedroom with 
cathedral ceilings, private  master bath with jacuzzi tub and 
private deck overlooking Great Pond. Other bedrooms are good size as 
well with one of the bedrooms also having cathdral ceiling. Double 
garage with automatic doors also available if needed. Laundry is 
onsite. You can get all this with a gorgeous level grass lot with 
private sandy beach. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms, 21/2 baths, new kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 
refrigerator with ice maker, kitchen appliances and kitchenware, gas 
grill, laundry, fireplace,TV, DVD, cable, local  telephone service, 
jacuzzi tub in Master, private deck for Master, brick patio,firepit, 
dock and mooring,plenty of parking and two car attached garage. There 
is two twins, two full size, and one queen size bed. Plus queen size pull 
out sofa and a full size futon.

The lot is located on Great Pond with sandy beach and level grassy 
lot. The house is located off paved road close to boat landing, boat 
marina, boat rentals, Belgrade Village, shopping, and golf.

Activities and Attractions

Stones throw away to one of New England's premiere golf courses 
the "Belgrade Lakes Golf Course". "Great Pond Marina", boat landing, 
and Belgrade Village right down the road.

Also, only 10-15 minutes away from Augusta Marketplace where you can 
find many different name brand outlets, resturants, and groceries.

Great hiking trails, awesome fishing from lakes and streams, and 
driving distance to Maine mountains.

Great ice fishing and many snowmobile trails in the winter.  Also, 
driving distance to Maine ski resorts.

Also, close to Waterville, ME for Colby visitors.

Vacation Rental Rates

$150/day or $750/week from weeks Nov 1st thru May 31st
Will make special concessions for Colby Graduation if weekly rates 
are not reserved.
$200/day or $1000/week from weeks May 31st thru June 28th.
$200/day or $1000/week from weeks Sept 6th thru Nov 1st.
$350/day or $1800/week from weeks June 28th thru Sept 6th.
$500 deposit required. Depending on pet, pets may be allowed $250 
Pet deposit
Realtors are welcome to contact owner if they have interested tenant
Occupancy  Saturday-Saturday rentals  7% State of Maine Sales tax required
Check-in times 200pm-500pm Departure times no later than Saturday 
1000am

RESERVATIONS: To make and hold a reservation, a deposit of $500 will 
be required within two weeks of a verbal confirmation or if email 
confirmation is received.  The security deposit will be returned if 
the home is left the way you found it. The balance of rents are due 
15 days prior to your arrival. No dates will be confirmed unless the 
deposit is received.

CANCELLATIONS. I will retain the deposit of $500 if a cancellation 
is received within 30 days of your arrival date and if I am unable 
to re-rent your week.
