Single family home with waterfront
On the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail
Swedish Hill Winery, Cobble Stone Winery, Knapp Winery, and Goose
Watch Winery with in 10 miles
Waterfront footage with dock. If you love to water ski like we do
the public boat launch is 1/4
mile away at the Cayuga Lake State Park. Launch your boat and tie up
at our dock for the week.
Cayuga Lake is 40 miles long and about three miles wide at the
widest point.
3 Bedroom - 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen sized beds and
closets.
1 bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and half bath off the bedroom
Living room with sofa, loveseat, TV, VCR, DVD
Dining room with oak table and 6 chairs
Large bright bathroom upstairs with separate deep tub and shower
Large backyard with deck on back of house with gas grill and picnic

Large enclosed front porch that overlooks the lake. Enjoy your
