the public boat launch is 1/4
mile away at the Cayuga Lake State Park. Launch your boat and tie up
at our dock for the week.
Cayuga Lake is 40 miles long and about three miles wide at the
widest point.

3 Bedroom - 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen sized beds and
closets.
1 bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds and half bath off the bedroom

Dining room with oak table and 6 chairs
Large bright bathroom upstairs with separate deep tub and shower
Large backyard with deck on back of house  and picnic

Large enclosed front porch that overlooks the lake. Enjoy your
morning coffee or tea there. Also
has a double pull out sofa for extra sleeping. Porch is not heated. 
Two car detached garage, large driveway with plenty of room to park
your car.
Large fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
refrigerator, range, washer, and
dryer

Walking distance to the Deerhead Restaurant and Bar. Great food for
lunch and dinner.
Absolutely no pets, no exceptions.

Rocking Chair

Morning Sun heats the porch with relaxing views of the lake.

Back deck with  Picnic Table

Bed linens and towels provided.  If the provided linens are used you are responsible to wash and dry them prior to departure.

Weekend Rentals $350.00
Friday to Sunday. Check in at 3:00pm and check out at Noon

2 night minimum

$1200.00 per week . Full weeks only  July & August
Saturday to Saturday rental. Check in at 3:00pm and check out at
Noon

Terms
50% deposit due at time of booking.
50% due two weeks prior to your arrival.
$300.00 security deposit due with final payment. To be returned
within 2 weeks of departure as long
as no damages have occurred.
