It is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. There are 10 buildings in the complex. This
is a very private corner unit on the second floor away from the elevator.

This layout is the largest with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The 3rd bedroom was eliminated to create
a double-sized living room. There are 2000 SQFT under air plus another approximately 200 SQFT of
screened balcony overlooking a garden and pool area. There is a reserved covered parking space
included that is immediately outside this unit.

You walk into an Entry Foyer and immediately you see the oversized Living Room with a wall of floor-

area. The split bedroom plan has a queen bed in the large and spacious Master Bedroom and a wooden
sleigh bed (trundle below) in the 2nd Bedroom. There are also book shelves and a desk in the 2nd
bedroom. Very nicely furnished with a Contemporary sectional sofa, 2 Sony TVs, and furniture on the
balcony. Great closet space! Unit also includes washer/dryer!


There is a fully equipped, full-sized Kitchen with a newer dishwasher, newer refrigerator (side-by-
side), electric range and microwave, disposal, writing desk, toaster over, coffee maker, & kettle.
Dishes, silverware, wine glasses and coffee mugs are included. Linens, towels, cleaning supplies
and vacuum cleaner are also included.

There are 4 pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, walking paths and several small ponds. One of the
community pools is directly behind this building. It includes separate Men's & Women's dressing

Lauderdale and West Palm Beach airports are less than 30 minutes away

This beautifully furnished condo is priced at $1550 per month for an annual rental. The minimum
rental time is 6 months because the unit can only be rented once a year under the condo rules. For
any time less than 12 months, the monthly rent is $1650. Terms are 1st month's rent, last month's
rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent - All due upon lease signing. $100
application fee charged by Association for Condo Application. Lease with purchase option possible.

This amount includes basic cable TV. Tenant is only responsible for electricity costs.

At own expense, tenant can add high speed internet cable (condo already wired); premium cable
(movies); and phone service (condo wired).
