(extra $25 a day)
Winter      Oct.1,2007-Dec. 31,2007 $880.00 Weekly  Monthly $2600.00
Winter plus Jan.1,2008-March 31,2008 $990.00 Weekly  Monthly $3200.00
Spring      Apr.30,2008- May 31 $880.00 Weekly  Monthly $3100.00
$400.00 damage deposit due at reservation,refundable after inspection.
$50.00 cleaning fee for weekly stay, daily $10.00, monthly $150.00.
$100.00 non-refundable pet deposit. 50% due 60 days before arrival.
Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior
to arrival date=full refund.
