Vacation Rental Description

This is the latest addition to our group, another stunning renovation of a 17th century apartment 
with all of the 
charm of the original floors, stained glass window, and beams, plus the modern amenities that make a 
perfect 
marriage of the old and the new. Central air conditioning (rare in Paris apartments) makes this 
bright, totally 
renovated apartment an ideal spot for a short or long visit to the City of Lights.

One flight up from the ground floor, the original 18th century staircase takes you back in history 
to a time of 
elegance and sophistication. The separate bedroom is on a quiet inner courtyard, and the large 
living room has 
a niche with a new comfortable sofabed that allows another two guests to have a private area for 
sleep or to 
sit and look out the large windows facing a quiet tree lined street.

Design plans for this apartment are a bit different than our usual-that is, with a more modern, 
contemporary 
European flair, rather than the traditional French antiques as in most of our others.

All of the 21st century amenities are there, including central air, heated towel racks, Cable, Wifi, 
CNN, 
washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Conveniently located close to public transportation in the Marais, and just blocks from the Seine, 
it is in walking 
distance to almost all major attractions in Paris including the Louvre, Place des Vosges, Bastille 
Opera, Notre 
Dame, Picasso and Carnavalet museums.

A nearby hotel provides housekeeping, 24-hour concierge services, computer access, chauffeur service 
to and 
from airport, and breakfast for a nominal fee. The hotel concierge will meet you and give you your 
keys and 
acquaint you with your home in Paris.

Kitchen Full Kitchen: coffee maker, gas stove, all cooking utensils provided: configuration of 
kitchen works well 
for  serving guests and bar area. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave provided.
View/Location Monument View: very close to the famous Place Des Vosges park .
Communications:  Free long distance, broadband internet with WiFi
Other Amenities: all windows double glazed, and one area with beautiful original stained glass.
Suitability: No pets allowed, not suitable for small children.
Smoking:  Not allowed - this is a non-smoking apartment, thank you.

Vacation Rental Rates

200 Euros/night, 1400 Euros/week, 3 nights minimum, please. 
Rates may be reduced for stays longer than 14 nights.
Payment policy:  50% placed on credit card (visa, amex, m/c) at time of reservation fully refundable 
if cancelled 60 days in advance; remainder due at time of check-in please.
