On the southern end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach is regarded as the most gorgeous beach in all of Florida. Enjoy and relax in an OCEANSIDE ground floor condo located adjacent to the pool in a gated community. Take a three minute walk and you are on a beautiful white sand beach.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds.  Sleeper sofa in living room with full-size pull out bed. Two full bathrooms and kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and appliances, make it comfortable for everyone. The unit has two televisions with satellite dish and a DVD player.

In the guest bedroom there is an X Box with Dance, Dance Revolution and Playstation - bring your own games (we have some but they have been scratched and don't work well). We have young children and keep an ample supply of beach towels, kites, and board games also for your use.

Freshly painted with new ceramic tile and carpeted bedrooms. There is a nice patio with patio set off the livingroom facing the courtyard. We will provide you with information sheets that include the restaurants that the locals like to go to for the best food at reasonable prices.

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

"My family and I have stayed at many different condos on Crescent Beach for the last 5 years and finally have found the BEST! The condo was so large, comfortable and made us feel right at home. The pool and beach walkway were right outside our door and the beach was so uncrowded! We used the grill and having the beach chairs, toys etc was great.
