away-from-home. It is only a 1/3 block walk to a private deeded
beach access and 7 miles of pristine white sandy beach and area
attractions.
This bright, airy, clean and completely remodeled vacation retreat
is decorated in a "beachy" motiff. It boasts a comfortable living
room with fireplace, a well appointed galley kitchen with a
breakfast bar and stools, a dining room with an oversized white
wicker, glass topped table and 6 very comfortable cushioned white
wicker chairs on rollers. The master bedroom features a queen sized
bed and all white wicker furniture including night stands a dresser
with mirror, a full length wall mirror and a large lighted walk in
closet. The master bath has a long vanity with double sinks as well
as a bathtub & shower with tub enclosure with plexiglass and
mirrored sliding doors. The second bedroom features a futton which
sleeps two and doubles as a sofa. The mirrored sliding doors in
this room conceal a full sized washer and dryer with overhead
cabinets and under-cabinet lighting. There is also a half bath
adjacent to this bedroom. Around the back of this home is a
private, cedar shower with hot & cold running water, complete
with hooks to hang those bathing suits and a shelf for your
toiletries.

All linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, tableware, toaster,
undercounter microwave, full-sized coffee maker, full-sized washer
and dryer, fireplace, telephone with free local calls, 2 televisions
with cable, VCR, DVD player, new gas BBQ grill with outdoor cooking
area and table and chairs, iron & ironing board, ample off-street
parking and outside
cedar "beach shower."

Only 1/3 block away, you'll find the beach and attractions where
you'll enjoy wonderful days of anything from just plain relaxing and
soaking up the sun and sipping pina coladas, to activities such as
jet skiing, parasailing, bicycling, full or half day fishing trips,
and a fishing pier where you may rent fishing poles. Scooters,
motorcycles, bicycles, and mini motor cars are available for rent as
are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and cabanas. In the evening, you
may enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world--
something Fort Myers Beach is well-known for. If it's night life
your after, there are many nightclubs, restaurants and outdoor
cafe's to choose from. Also nearby are the Edison Home and
Laboratory and the Henry Ford Estate. Beautiful Sanibel Island is
just a stone's throw away, and is home to many fine dining
establishments and shops. Naples is also nearby, where you may find
the Naples Zoo as well as many shops and restaurants and a beautiful
downtown area.
A short walk, drive or trolley ride on the Town Trolly will take you
to the public fun pier known as "Time Square" where many people
gather to watch the sunsets and enjoy the local nightly
entertainment. Also, just blocks away you will find the nationally
acclaimed community pool, which for a very modest entrance fee,
includes a giant tunnel slide, a toddler pool for the little ones,
and a lap pool for Mom and Dad.
