  states. It has never been below 41 or above 98 degrees. Ahhh  
  paradise.

  sking, parasailing, boat / kayak rentals, deep sea fishing - every 
  water sport you can imagine.
. 0--2 miles = Sunset / starlight cruses.
. 2 miles = 18 hole champion golf course.
. 1--2 miles = moped or bicycle rentals.
. 1--2 miles = airplane / seaplane tours.
. 0--  miles = lazing away the entire day. (it's perfectly 
  respectable here in Key West)   

Vacation Rental Rates

** Based on up to 4 guests
** Surcharge of $100 per week ($15 night) per quest over 4 
** Minimum 5 nights stay in winter and special events, 4 nights in 
   summer.
** Must begin or end stay on a Saturday if you are staying less than 
   7 nights (exception for broken weeks)
** Discounts for 7 nights or longer.
** All rates are + tax
** $90 cleaning fee for less than a 6 night stay
** No children under 5
** Must be 25 or older to rent this property 

$265.00 per night off season - discount: 7 nights = $1670.00
        or Approximately $238.00 per might 
        (September --- October)

$285.00 per night mid season - discount: 7 nights = $1795.50
        or Approximately $256.50 per night
        (November -- 1st 2 weeks of December)  
            and
        (May -- August)

$395.00 per night in season - discount: 7 nights = $2488.50
        or Approximately $355.50 per night
        (Last 2 weeks of December --- April) 

$425.00 per night special events - discount: 7 nights = $2677.50 
        or Approximately $382.50 per night
        (Fantsay Fest week, Christmas week, New Years week)
