Vacation Rental Description

Nicely furnished cozy 1 bedroom first floor condo. Located at the 
end of the exclusive Palm Springs Villas I complex with its well 
manicured and beautifully landscaped grounds, it is a quiet area 
with covered parking for one car and a beautiful mountain view. You 
can bask in the sun, swim in a lovely heated pool or relax in the 
soothing spa, or for some exercise, play some tennis on the nearby 
tennis courts. All this is just steps away from your front door. 
From your covered patio your can have your first cup of coffee in 
the morning or enjoy watching the sunset in the evening.  You can 
relax watching cable TV or your own movies on the VCR/DVD player, or 
you can listen to your favorite CD’s on the stereo system. If you 
have your laptop, high speed internet service is available. The unit 
will sleep up to 4 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom 
and a pullout sleeper in the living room. The dining area and 
bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort and  also a 
portable fan which can be used where needed.  The unit also has 
central heat and A/C. The kitchen includes everything you need for 
your stay and is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, 
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, garbage 
disposer, dishes and cookware, spices and condiments. There is a 
full bathroom with a tub/shower. No smoking please.

Activities and Attractions

The nearby Palm Springs Tram will take you  to the top of Mt. San 
Jacinto in minutes in its revolving gondola with spectacular views 
where at the top you can enjoy fine dining and numerous  hiking 
trails for all levels. Only 5 minutes from downtown where there is 
fine dining, lots of outdoor dining and live entertainment,  
shopping, museums, art galleries and the famous new Spa Casino with 
its elegant buffet. Don’t miss the street fair every Thursday 
evening or the street fair at the College of the Desert in Palm 
Desert on weekends. 
For the golfer, many golf courses are just minutes away.

Other attractions in the area include the Living Desert, the 
Annenberg Theater, McCallum Theater, Desert Museum, Palm Springs Air 
Museum, Indian Canyons and the world famous Palm Springs Follies.
