street from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. If you have not been to Destin, then you are in for a treat.
The water is crystal clear with a breathtaking emerald color.
Our well maintained condominium is on the first floor with a partial
view of the Gulf. Whether in the living room or on the patio you can
look out at the gorgeous emerald water. The pool, whirlpool
and barbecue area are just steps away from our door. Beach access is
right across the street.
The large master bedroom, with king size bed, has a separate entry
into the spacious bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is
bright, roomy and fully equipped. Bunk beds are built into the hall
and a sleeper sofa is included to accommodate additional guests. Also
included in the unit for your convenience is a washer and dryer.

December Weeks On sale $419 / week Tax and clean included in December weeks only

October 29 2011 to March 3, 2012, $419 / week + tax and cleaning
March 3, 2012 to April 7, 2012, $749 / week + tax and cleaning
April 7, 2012 to May 19, 2012, $629 / week + tax and cleaning
May 19 to June 30, and July 7 to August 6, 2012, $995 / week + tax and cleaning
June 30, 2012 to July 7, 2012, $1,195 / week + tax and cleaning

Just add 11% FL tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee, except December.
1/2 deposit is required to reserve your dates. Then just send the balance & $200 security deposit 4 weeks prior to check in.
We accept checks, money orders and PayPal.

Children welcome, We are unable to rent to persons under 25. No pets.
Our normal stays are a check in and check out from Saturday to Saturday. Contact us for special arrangements.
