vacation rental rates

January thru March - $1,200 per Week
April thru May - $1,600 per Week
June thru July - $2,000 per Week
August thru October - $1,600 per Week
November thru December - $1,400 per Week
11 1/2% sales tax will be added to all rental rates
There is a $500.00 security deposit required to hold dates chosen.
Deposit will be fully refunded after check-out and inspection of home.
You have 21 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund of
deposit.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

My family and I have been going to Navarre Beach since 2008 and have rented several different beach house and by far this one was the best one yet. This will be our rental every year permitting. The owners are very easy to work with, they are very rapid with responding to any questions or concerns and the house was just breath taking inside and out. They have thought of everything to take all of your worries away from a fully stocked kitchen, laundry services to games and movies. The views from the house are just something you would have to see for yourself. The sound being right outside the back door was perfect for our 3 year old son. Much better than having to pack everything for the trip to the gulf every time he had the urge to go swimming. We are looking forward to next year!!!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Pure Perfection !!!

We can not say enough about this home, it was everything we expected and so much more. The view from the property from the back is exceptional, especially at sunset. The home outside was well manicured ,with a very good layout.Inside the home it was so well stocked that you did not require much at all. Beatifully decorated ,very clean and very comfortable. Lots of activities in the area that is great for teenagers and young adults. Our entire family participated in snorkling, parasailing, jet skiing, shell excursions, fishing and renting pontoon boats. I myself at 56 years of age would have been quite content staying home and just relaxing with the view and beauty of the home.You can fish or swim right out your back door. Dealing with the property owners was a pleasure, they are extremely helpful, easy to deal with ,great communication, and are just plain nice people. I can not say enough about our vacation except that if this property is for rent next year I would love to go back as long as Jim and Marjie allow. They are lovely people and gave us a vacation of a lifetime sharing their beautiful home.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Perfect says it all !!!

This home was everything we expected and more, We did not want to leave. The view of the sound was lovely and at sunset the balcony view was/is awesome. The home was so well equipped that you needed for so very little. Taking my 18 year olds with me required leaving the house(snorkling,parasailing,fishing,renting jet skis and a pontoon boat,etc there is so much to do) but if it was up to me I could have just stayed home and relaxed. The home was immaculate, well planned and very comfortable. The back area was within just a few feet of the sound where you could just throw out some fishing lines, swim or whatever you chose to your hearts content. The property owners are wonderful to deal with and very helpful and considerate. They are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly and courteously. I honestly can not think of a thing I would change..the vacation was a trip of a lifetime and one we will never forget.
