Capt. J. Sparrow's Villa! in Fripp Island

OK, maybe Jack Sparrow doesn't really live here. But if he did, he would certainly appreciate the finer things in island living while he was here! He and the rest of the Pirates of the Caribbean would be able to really kick back and enjoy, because our villa is a newly renovated unit with all of the finest upgrades. This 2-story end unit has 1 king with a new private full bath the other bedroom has 2 twins and a new private full bath and the queen sofa bed in the family room also has a full bath!! New carpet and tile, too! The open first floor plan of new hardwood offers a spacious area to gather, eat and watch television. Free cable TV w/HBO, free wireless DSL, free long distance calling. Clearly the finest villa in the John Fripp Villa community. Step out the patio doors to the private pool area, or walk 50 feet to the beach access.  If you want to spend time on Fripp, it doesn't get any better than this!

Full Time Beach !!

This is low country at it's finest!!
Two 18 hole golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, restaurants,
five swimming pools, golf cart rentals, scooter rentals, boat
rentals - a true resort experience on a private 5.25 square mi.
island. Stroll the beach looking for shells, sit and watch the
dolphin frolic or the shrimp boats dragging their nets. You might
even spot a pirate ship!

Summer: June 15 - Sep 14...... $1,600 per week

Fall '09: Sep 14 - Nov 30 (except holiday weeks) .... $1,300 per week
$ 200 per day + $100 Cleaning Fee

Island Amenities Cards are good for one week and are required for
anyone over 10 years old for golf, tennis, pools, restaurants and
scooter/boat rentals. Amenity Cards must be be purchased prior to
your arrival:
$35/person spring/fall/winter
$50/person summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
$25/person weekend
