vacation rental description
A studio unit with a loft and full bath. Easily sleeps five. The
upstairs loft has a queen-size bed and a twin rollaway bed; the
downstairs has a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. There is a
gas fireplace, cable TV and VCR and a fully equipped kitchen. The
balcony has a bbq. A short walk to the recreation center,
restaurants and shopping. Ski from the slopes to the condo.
condo rental amenities
There is a pass in our unit to the recreation center which has
a pool, kiddie pool (Summer only), a year-round lap pool, three
outdoor jacuzzis, fitness center, saunas and game room. Starting in February 2010, there will be a $2.00 per person charge to use the rec center.
activities and attractions in Northstar Lake Tahoe Area
Northstar offers alpine & nordic skiing, snowboarding with a half
pipe and terrain park, ice skating rink, an 18-hole golf course,
horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking and more. Within a few
minutes drive to Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, hiking, biking, fishing,
rafting and numerous outdoor activities. Our condominium is also
located within a 45 minute drive from Reno, Nevada which offers
several nightlife activities and where the Reno/Tahoe International
Airport is located.

10% Placer County Tax Cleaning Fee: $75
