comfortably sleeps up to 8 and is just steps from the water. The
entire 200 foot shorefront is a gradually sloping sandy beach with a
western exposure for awesome sunsets. Just minutes from Belgrade
Lakes village and the Belgrade Lakes Golf course.

This large home has all modern ammenities including
dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cable TV, stereo, pool table,
grand piano, sub-zero appliances, etc. There are 3 decks with views
overlooking the water. This is a modern, upscale home yet situated
in
the beautiful towering pines and privacy of a large property on Great
Pond.

A total of 4 bedrooms comfortably acommodates up to 8 people.

Whether it's world class fishing for bass/pike/lake trout, hiking,
boating or golfing or just plain old relaxing, the Belgrade Lakes
region has it all. There are many miles of well-maintained trails
through the Kennebec Highlands(get a map downtown at Day's Store) and
local guides specializing in fishing trips. Head down to Castle
Island Camps to get great local advice on the best fishing on Long
Pond. World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot
rivers are only 90 minutes away. The famous LL Bean store and
Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lake.
The
Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the
kids.

To make and hold a reservation a deposit of 50% is required and must
be received within 7 days to hold your rental. Remaining balance is
due 60 days prior to arrival. Please remember- no dates are
confirmed
until deposit is received. A credit card(VISA/Mastercard) is required
for security deposit.
