January - April: $1,800 Monthly
May - December: $400.00 Weekly; $1,600 Monthly
$250.00 deposit is due upon confirmation of rental stay. Your
deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.
Rates are subject to 12% Florida State Tax, and a $55.00 cleaning
fee.
