Vacation Rental Description

This delightfully appointed property will fulfill all your vacation 
needs at a reasonable price. 

The house is located in a very quiet area locally known as "Corals of 
Oakland Park".

It is only 1 mile to the Ocean / Beach, 1 mile to Wilton Manors and 3 
miles to Downtown, & Las Olas Blvd.  (Check our “Attractions” for 
things to do.)

This 2,800 square foot home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths 
and sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably; 2 more could be accommodated 
on the pullout sofa in the second master bedroom.  

The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished with imported 
European antiques and rugs.  There are skylights throughout and the 
French doors open to the tropical pool.  The entire property is 
private, and fenced by 10 foot ficus hedges. There is a pool table in 
the family room, and even a tree house for the kids.  

The master suite has soaring vaulted ceilings a king size bed, a 
private full bath with huge ski lighted steam shower for two.  The 
second bedroom has a king size bed and it is on the opposite side of 
the house which makes it ideal for 2 couples sharing the house.
The third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle and shares a full 
bath. All linens are provided including beach towels.
 
The living room includes a set of antique Chesterfield leather couch, 
love seat, and  armchair a large mahogany armoir housing a 36"TV 
Flatscreen with premium cable service, DVD/VCR and a stereo. 
There is a phone available for all incoming and local outgoing calls.

The round dining room mahogany table seats 6 comfortably and it is 
expandable to seat 12.  

The kitchen has a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee 
maker and refrigerator with icemaker.  It comes complete with cooking 
utensils, dishes, pots and pans.  The kitchen gives out to the patio 
seating area with fine Florida style outdoor dining.

There are parquet and tile floors throughout the entire house, and 
plush berber carpeting in the master suite.  There is also a full 
size washer and dryer in the laundry room.  Of course, the entire 
house is air-conditioned for your total comfort.  There is no smoking 
indoors.  

The large yard has a privacy fence and many tropical trees 
and plants including palm, banana, coconut, hibiscus and 
bougainvillea.   There is comfortable outdoor furniture so you can 
relax, too.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice, book early and save.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is 
due 60 days prior to arrival.  An additional security deposit, 
depending on the number of guests and the length of stay, is required 
at checkin, and refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
  
General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s 
health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests 
arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in and 
check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, 
provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. 
Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be 
deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 60-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-
mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is 
required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a 
month or more. If the same party makes another reservation within 
sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be 
applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early 
departures and no-shows.
