Vacation Rental Description

Easy Ocean access. Fishing & diving without tourist pressure.  
Located on the Gulf Side at Mile Marker 50. Single story, modern  
family style home, has 2800 sq. ft. and sets on 2 acres in a very  
quiet, private and relaxed neighborhood. Circle drive with plenty of  
parking for cars & boat trailers. A large screened in porch, sun  
deck, lounge chairs and gas BBQ grill. A pull in boat slip, also a  
dock for fishing/sun bathing or boat parking. Immediate Gulf access  
and 10 minutes to the cut to the Ocean. Fishing/Diving boats are  
available for rent by the day or week. A 30 ft Welcraft can be  
chartered with a captain. Private air transportation is available  
from anywhere in Fl for up to five people, reasonable rates. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two central air conditioning units, has a super king bed and a futon  
that converts into a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in  
each of the other bedrooms. A separate dining room off the kitchen  
with windows all around providing a tranquil view while dining.  
Satellite TV in each bedroom and a Big Screen Satellite TV in the  
living room . Large living room with a fireplace.  VCR and  
telephone. Linens, towels, pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave,  
washer & dryer and more.  Completely furnished with everything  
needed to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. A cook  
and/or daily maid service can be provided for a reasonable fee. 

Activities and Attractions

Famous Tiki Bar on the ocean front in Islamorada, swim with the  
Dolphins close by, live shows and entertainment on the ocean front  
at Key West every evening while viewing a most spectacular sunset,  
great fishing, diving and golfing, excellent shopping and  
restaurants and much more.

Dec. 15 - Jan   7  $1,950 wkly  $7,020 monthly  
Jan.  8 - July 14  $1,750 wkly  $6,300 monthly  
July 15 - Aug  15  $1,950 wkly  $7,020 monthly  
Aug  16 - Dec  14  $1,750 wkly  $6,300 monthly  
DEPOSITS: 40% at booking PAYMENT POLICIES: Balance due upon checking  
in. CANCELLATIONS: Deposit will be returned if a 30 day notice is  
given prior to the committed date or if a subsequent booking fills  
the time. NOTE: All rates subject to change without notice
